HI everyone
I have about 6 month old La Marzocco 2 group head semi-auto espresso machine in our shop.
We had it reconnected because we went under renovation for about 2 month. We hooked it up with reverse osmosis water filter system this time, however our machine starts to make rattling noise when the boiler is filling up. So I looked up on Internet and found out that the flow from the water filter might causing the problem -- I noticed that the RO water filter system had a 1/4 inch water pipe which I thought too small.
So I called the local service shop to have the Mavea water filter installed instead (w/ the 3/8th water pipe). the water flow got better, our brewer lets out water faster. And that was yesterday. Today the rattling noise seems to keep visiting every time that boiler tries to fill up.Any suggestion to why? and how to fix it? Should I call the technician to do overall checkup? I am getting worried that it might harm our precious Marzocco!! Any help would be appreciated!!
