We believe each cup is unique, inspiring different flavors and aromas to experience & savor. Each cup has a story that starts with the bean, where its from & how it found its way to Roast. Each batch is micro-roasted to perfection to create a cup that is distinctive & fresh for you to enjoy.

We're a new coffee house joining the Patchogue, NY community. We will be roasting our own coffee beans in house. We have plenty of baked goods and wraps to eat. We have free wi-fi and welcome students to come on their breaks from the local colleges. We are open late on the weekends so theater-goers can come before or after the show. We have a friendly staff of baristas who truly enjoy working for us and believe in the vision we have for our company. If you're not sure what to order, ask for a recommendation. We are three time winners for best coffee house on Long Island and best cup of coffee on Long Island. Come in and enjoy a flight of french presses.
