I have been roasting for 2 years on a Diedrich IR-3, and I'm ready to move to a larger roaster. I would love to stay with Diedrich, but want to check out some other brands. Does anyone have any input on Ozturk, Geometrica, Ambex, US Roasters, or Toper? I want to hear the good and the bad about any of these. Thanks.
