Rojo's Roastery is an award winning artisanal roastery and owner-operator of three beautiful world class cafes (Lambertville, Princeton, Hopewell, NJ). We are looking for baristas and managers to work at our locations. We have state-of-the-art equipment at all locations and an equipped lab to play in. We are accepting applications for traveling baristas who are interested in working with us for a period of week or months. Travel expenses will be considered commensurate with commitment.
