Hello again everyone!

I recently started writing a blog about making sales, and my target audience for this blog is people working in our industry.  I have worked in sales since my first job at an early age and have never stopped. I read about the subject (Marden, Gitomer, Carnegie, Hill) almost obsessively, and encourage you all to read on it as well.

I am looking for feedback to make sure people in our industry (namely Baristas) are not turned off by it.
