I have a spare steam wand that was rarely used, so I attached a tube to the end of the wand and ran it under the drip tray to the other side of they tray so it pokes up slightly through a hole in the drip tray. (GB/5) Now when I pull a shot I can put the shot glass upside down over the tube and turn on the steam to have it clean and preheat my shot glass for the next shot with the old residue dripping down the drain. Behold, the power of steam! :-D I really would like to see something like it implemented in future machine designs - something separate/independent that wouldn't take up the sole use of a wand. It's saved time, shot glasses, water etc... thought I'd throw it out there in case someone else could benefit.
