The micro-lot farm (Finca Rio Verde) I worked on in El Salvador this January is moving a portion of the gourmet bourbon crop to the Miami Port. I've reserved 5 bags. I'm taking one. an Atlanta roaster is taking one. That leaves 3 bags available. I can drive them to Atlanta for pick up.
Sweet bourbon bean, large caramel notes with a round finish. Super clean coffee. I love making lighter blends as well as Central Am based espresso with this crop.
$516/bag, 150lb bags. The farmer is a great man who grows great coffee. His farmers are taken care of. Please help me support this microlot!
