In my trip to Taiwan..
In the airport named Taoyuan... i saw an Illy Espressamente coffeehouse...
I ordered a cappucino... and noticed that they filled the doser...with too much coffee...
Everytime time they make a shot... its stale since its pre-grinded into the doser and they just dose it into the pf everytime... No fresh coffee....
The milk wasnt poured well... it was kinda bubbly and too cold....
Have you guys ever experienced it at illy?
