We have a Faema, in a 65 seat restaurant, on its last legs. Technician is dropping by almost every month replacing one thing or another. I've been extremely happy with this machine so I'm looking at another Faema. For budget my choices are Smart A2 or ENova A2, with the ENova being $1600 more. Not doing large volume in terms of % of sales, but 2 groups has been more than sufficient. Not too much of a price difference with these 2 units, but I was hoping someone here would have some technical or other diferences that the brochures don't really get into. Our local service tech has always been really good and that's a big reason for wanting to stick with them. Would the ENova make a better coffee than the Smart? Is it worth the axtra $1600?
