I am a barista from New Zealand and I am coming on a holiday to the states over the Christmas period 2012/13.
I'm keen to get in contact with a few cafes to maybe get some cash days in on our travels. Maybe like a guest day on the machine or some such. I have done my IDP course through SCAA and awaiting results from the Level 1 Barista Cert, and I am also the Vice Chair of the NZ Barista Guild.
Any info would be great!
