I've had this Leva machine for three years now and have been having trouble finding anyone to do the maintenance. In addition, I cannot seem to find information as to what maintenance needs to be done and instructions.
I bought this machine from a company that is an hour away from our location and he does not like to go to far from his location. To much hassle for him. I understand he should probably be willing to do this and it was part of our agreement, if he does not want to service this machine then I really don't want him messing with it. I don't think he know alot about the Leva.
Right now the gaskets need replacing and I imagine other cleaning needs to be done. Does anyone know of a book that I can get that would give me the confidence to take this machine apart or do you know of anyone in the Iowa City, Ia. area that would be good to do the servicing.
