What does it takes to become a Barista Trainer ?

Do we need to be certified by famous coffee associations or graduate from a barista school?

To be a barista trainer you need to know how to train. You need to be a teacher. You need to know more than the trainee.
To be a really good barista trainer you need to be a really good teacher. Even if you know more it won't matter if you cannot effectively communicate it.
Are you patient? Are you well spoken? Do you love helping people understand and coaching them? Do you love teaching?
You might want to become a trainer.
Wow ! so the title of barista trainer is not for any Tom, Dick or Harry......well for me it will take years for me to become one. I admit i'm not the cut of a trainer but will work towards it. I'll remember your reply thanks err.....sorry how should i address you?
