What kind Commuter Trafic Volume should I look for in finding a new location?
I am looking to open a coffee shop with a drive thru and am exploring commuter patterns and volumes and I was wondering what kind of volumes I should look for.

30,000 + cars a day directly in front of the location with good visibility and easy entry and exit.
