White Coffee

Does anyone know where I can purchase White (under-roasted) Coffee?  Not green coffee, but like barely roasted.  Not for my shop, but my own personal use.

 

I live in Kansas City, MO, but ordering off the internet is what I was expecting to do.  So if there's something local that's awesome but if not websites work.

I've searched around but so far I haven't really come across what I'm looking for.

Get in touch with Dillano's (www.dillanos.com) they have a line called Great White that is white coffee. Have you tried white coffee before? They sell it in a 3lb container, usually preground because its so wet a normal grinder doesn't work (they use an old flour mill actually!).
