as a former barista currently engrossed with training to become a master roaster, i'm doing a lot of research regarding origins. today i stumbled across a news article talking about SBUX expanding into the chinese growing market and that they'd be working to debut a coffee from yunnan province internationally.
there seems to be a very limited amount of information about yunnan coffee but my interest has been peaked. if anyone has any kind of info they'd be willing to share i'd be a very happy journeyman roaster.
