I am familiar with Awakenings. I helped start or expand...several smaller community coffeehouses in the greater Cincinnati area, these include Speckled Bird Cafe, Rohs Street Cafe. Brutopia and Caffe Tazza. They use a variety of high end espresso equipment (Gb.5 / FB70 / Victoria Arduino 3 group lever chrome (soon) and Elektra Sixties)... all machines that we represent. I would be interested in meeting with you next time you visit Cincinnati, keep in touch.
