    My Spanish in No Bueno!
Not sure how things are in Minnesota, I am stuck in Pagosa Springs, CO because of heavy snow and road closures. August is the best time to be in Minnesota. Will you be at SCAA?

I was working on a CQI/Coffee Corps assignment at Anacafe, most of the time I was in the city but we took a couple day trips, including one to some farms in Antigua and one to Pacaya to do the canopy tour. I would love to go back and see some of the other growing regions and of course enjoy the fabulous red beans which i still think about every day...

  • scott conary

    Hey Pablo;
Are looking for a distributor or roaster or both?
  • Becky Herman

    Hey Pablo,
I am looking forward to learning everything I can from everyone that is interested in teaching me. The weather is Texas is very strange. Earlier this morning it was freezing but the high today will be around 70 degrees. My best friend lives in Chicago and he said that it is so cold there and they have lost of snow. Go figure!

    Thanks, Becky
  • Tera Schmeling

Well of course! You can never have too many friends!!! Who do you know in Eugene???
  • Tera Schmeling

Eugene is decently sized but not too big, maybe about 130,000 ish? You'd be surprised how many people in common we could know...weirder things have happened! Where do you live now?
  • Becky Herman

I haven't read your blog but I will most definitely do so and I will also visit the website to see the plantation. I have never been to Guatemala but I am sure I will go someday. Where are you going in the US on Friday? I am looking forward to chatting more. In regards to my spanish - not so good right now. Actually, my husband and I are looking into retaking a spanish conversation class. Our best friends are from Colombia and they said they would help us. It makes me mad I don't remember from my 3 years of spanish class. ciao and talk to you soon. Becky
  • Becky Herman

Well I am confused too! I do have 2 accounts and I am not sure what to do about it. I was signed up and everything was going great then one day I couldn't get to my account anymore. It prompted me to go through the sign up process again so I did. I would like to merge them because I feel like a retard...I represent Caffe D'Amore and Monin Syrups right now. I am looking to pick up other products/equipment that makes sense to add to my repertoire. If you look at my second account and read about me, it gives more info on who I am and what I am trying to do. Of course, being a retard isn't helping :)
  • Tera Schmeling

Don't know skype! Never heard of it...I'm only brand new to myspace too... I don't think I know your friend but you should tell him to stop by Brewed Awakening one day! Who else do you know?
  • Becky Herman

    Now I'm really confused....
  • Ken Hall

Please send me an email to khall@rancilio-na.com and we can go from there. Thanks.
  • scott conary

  • scott conary

How cute that you love the fog! See thats one of the things I can't stand. Its usually foggy when it could be sunny and I'd way prefer to be in the sun! Where are you traveling to? You know I don't instant message ever!!! This is the most I do really...I have to get some work done some time!
  • Tera Schmeling

Absolutely!!! I love helping people open coffee shops I really do. Its so much fun. I'd be happy to help! Have you guys given a lot of thought to opening shops there??? What is your other business like? I'm going to check out your Kafes Guatemala website. I've never been there but here its beautiful!
  • Tera Schmeling

Ummmm your website made me want to visit Guatemala more than EVER!!! The plantation is beautiful!!! Beautiful Beautiful and the people look so sweet! It looks like I could be friends with them! The kids are adorable! You seem to have a lot of passion for coffee and I think thats great. I wish you a lot of success in everything you do! What do you mean you don't have the know how for starting a coffee shop? It seems like you'd be able to figure it out quite well! But if not, thats where we could come in if you'd like!!! Do you have a location in mind at all?
  • Heather

Its chocolate covered fruit Kababs from a Chocolate fountain. I thought it was a funny picture for this website because most people know me as "the chocolate girl" because I sell Ghirardelli chocolate. :) It was delicious!
