I have been with SelbySoft for 14 years. I started in the Shipping Department, moved to the Customer Service Department shortly thereafter and currently, I am the Vice President and working in the Sales Department. Changing positions over the years within SelbySoft has given me a great understanding of how not only the Point of Sale industry functions, but also how the Coffee Industry functions.     Hi Mike! I love using the laptop - it's quite a conversation item! I always have an audience when I punch in the order. Everyone thinks it's so cool that there are pictures for everything. My only problem is I can't get the receipt printer to work, even with the cord I got from you when we set it up. But so far, no one cares whether they get a receipt or not. So I haven't worked too hard getting it working.

    Thanks Mike. I spent about an hour with tech support to no avail. I have the sneaking feeling it's got something to do with the cord from Hawking. Maybe I could bring it over sometime and let you guys play with it. I'll be over your way in a couple of weeks (barring any snow storms, that is).
