the first 10 minutes in the morning when your testing the grind, and you nail that first perfect espresso of the day and you have it all to yourself.

    I believe that the Portland Oregon area is great for working in the coffee industry, if you look at the publications that are coming from portland area you kind of get that we are the hub of the industry now. It's a great place to live and drink great espresso.

    Hi Ron, this week the cupping is at Cosmic Cup in Easton at 12:00 noon. It takes me about 1.5 hrs to drive up there. We cup there once a month. Let me know if you are up for the drive. Also, contact me about a cafe offering free drinks this week only for their soft opening.
