Hi Nick,

You may already know about my venture. I`m starting to recruit world-class trainers & baristas to train the local baristas at the american coffee growing countries.
The idea is to cover the expenses (air ticket+hotel+food) for a 3 day trip (at least) with sponsor support.
The venture will start by February 2009, if you`re able to donate a couple of days of your time, to promote the barista profession, please let me know, and I`ll send you the schedule.

I just wanted to let you know that I love it, have enjoyed it along with all its reactions and feel no less honored by it/because of it, because of course, the honor does not lie in the trophy itself. Wow, I have never thought about trophies so much in my life.
Kudos for all the females athletes by the way....love that!

Thanks for letting me know about the Anfim. Aaron let me pull a shot with it before I went out west and saw them in BC and at the Press in Portland. Billy seems to like it but pulls straight shots on the Robur when it's busy. I'm still torn about what to get. Let me know if you have any maintenance concerns with it. Thanks -D
