Yeah man I come from a familia of coffee growers, but after Hurricane Stan we started from nothing, so I started representing and promoting several coffees and that`s why I founded Kafes Guatemala in the US.
How many Guatemalan companies do you know that takes care of the entire process to one pound presentation in the US??? I know it has been quite the challenge, I started from nothing compadre.

    take care

Oh man I'm not sure when I'll be around next. I went to Boston last week and got to meet George Howell. Those guys at Terrior really blew my mind. Just got back to SF and I'm starting up Rituals new spro tech department, to deal with our new stores and accounts machines. Can't wait to take apart some equipment. Maybe next month. I'll have come tour your facilities.

You'll dig the cupping classes. I took them last year at the SCAA show in Long Beach. Even if you are quite knowledgable about cupping, you can still learn quite a bit. Do you ever hang at LUX? I live down town and am there quite a bit.
  • Jason Calhoon

Hey man sorry I missed you was in the other room pressing some coffee.

    Hey Steve,

How's it going? I did not know if you knew or not, but we have a little roaster up here in the hills (Firecreek). If you ever have time we'd love to have you up to cup and hang out. We have a 1lb. SanFransiscan if you would like to play with it.

If you guys ever need anything, we have much respect for Espressions and would be glad to help anyway we can.
