As a Roast Coffee Manager:
Budget planning and management.
Managed department inventories by tracking monthly sales reports and ordered product and supplies so as to meet client requirements and the company's gross profit goals.
Checked and verified all deliveries and invoices to ensure accurate billing to and from vendors.
Create new lines of business.

As a Commercial Division Manager:
Construction development of the production facility which includes supervision of construction, designing of area and technical specifications, organize auctioning process, manage funds and buying of construction materials
Elaborate payroll
Elaborate sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and inventory reports
Calculate production costs and projection sales for new and current products
Prepare necessary paperwork needed for coffee export and import of coffee machines
Elaborate the IVA and IR forms for Nicaraguan Internal Revenue Service (DGI)

    Si ves a Lene & Jeppe de Dinamarca, mandales saludos de mi parte. Me encantaria visitar Nicaragua, pero por el momento me es imposible ya que estoy trabajando en un proyecto que requiere casi todo mi tiempo y dinero ... cuando tenga todo un poco mas avanzado te comentare sobre el.

    La invitacion esta abierta para cuando usted quiera ir. En estos momentos tenemos a los nordic barista champs visitando nuestras fincas. Pero tambien puede venir para el 8,9 y 10 de feb. que es la 2da competencia nacional de barista.
