I think its the best coffee bar in north america - yeah, I said it!

All
About Me:
I'm 29, been married 7+ years.
I have a 4 year old little girl named Lilly who loves coffee.
My other interests are: theology, music, cycling and reading.
I play sudoku with a pen and I like most people.

I believe that to consider yourself a professional barista you should know more about the industry than how to operate your espresso machine and grinder. Just because you can pour latte art doesn't mean your a good barista. I think baristas should know about different brew methods, varietals, farms and above all the farmers who grow the coffee. Baristas should be educators.
We are the last link in long chain and the industry does not revolve around us.
About My Company:

    NIck,
Congrats on an amazing performance. The orange habanero butter was delicious! I just want to also tell you that you married a wonderful, God-fearing woman. You and her were both very welcoming and inviting to me at USBC. I really appreciate it.
