Ah, well. I SELL green coffee (aka coffee trader), but I also consult with Boot Coffee Consulting and we do work with producers to improve quality, create direct market linkages, and whatnot. We also work a lot with roasters to improve quality on that side.
  • Andi C. Trindle

oh no no no that's a tricky question for a consultant to answer. I think there are a lot of great roasters on the market and they're getting better all the time. I'm still kind of in love with the Probat personally because that's the first machine I used. I'm still trying to get a good deal on a double barrel gas sample roaster for my home office.

Anders, snakk med brennerne på MOCCA om grønne bønner, de har alltid litt stående: men vær tidlig ute - de pakker ofte sammen allerede i to-tida og da er det slutt på moroa:(
  • Andi C. Trindle

Maybe you can volunteer a little bit of time at a local roastery. . . .

    Hey Anders,

We've never met, my name is Alex and I was just reading your posts on working in Norway. I'd love to do a barista exchange in Norway, I have lived in Europe but never been to Norway.

I have a friend who I could stay with in Bergen. Do you know any good cafes there who might be interested in an exchange?

    Thanks!

    Alex
