Ah yes, Mt. Fuji.....spectacular and way too much to say via this comment field...hopefully I will see you at SCAA or beyond and I can try to describe it....never as hilariously as Cooper and his mt. climbing expedition of course....I have a few fairly good shots of the sunrise at 4:30am at 12, 000ft!

Thanks for the comment. After a few years in retail marketing and business development I am back in green coffee. About 6 months ago I joined Mitsui, a green coffee importing and trading company.

Are you planning on attending the SCAA this year in Minnesota.

Hi Emily,

You may already know about my venture. I`m starting to recruit world-class trainers & baristas to train the local baristas at the american coffee growing countries.
The idea is to cover the expenses (air ticket+hotel+food) for a 3 day trip (at least) with sponsor support.
The venture will start by February 2009, if you`re able to donate a couple of days of your time, to promote the barista profession, please let me know, and I`ll send you the schedule.
