Wow!!! I'm back and India was amazing! Now it's time to catch up on a lot of stuff. I made some new friends during this trip both roasters and growers alike. I'm currently trying to write a story about my trip and briefly cover the tours we took. I also shot a few photos (about 400). I will be posting it on my website once I've completed it and double check all of my sources to make sure it is all correct. BTW I'd like to send a shout out to Miguel Meza---Who was also part of this trip...YO BOOOOYYYY!!! Did we have a great time or what???

Hey everyone I have added the second insert of the article I wrote about my trip to India last month. I've also included a few photos. Check it out and give me your feed back. I'm writing it as more of a feature article than an educational article. Thought I would have more fun with it.

    Hi Sean,

I´m new on the barista exchange platform and come from Hamburg/Germany. I`ve been in Seattle/Vancouver and Portland this January/February and felt like home because of the rain :-) You mentioned in a comment an few weeks ago that you roast on a Diedrich. I intend to buy a IR-12 for a new shop in Hamburg. We have two shops and roast our coffee in a small hot air roaster. Perhaps you can give me your opinion to the Diedrich mashines.

    regards,
    Sven
