how was seattle??? did u enjoy urself??? I will definately keep u posted if i ever open one in HK or anywhere for that matter, hehehe. How is ur coffee shop in manilla, have u made any major changes to it? I would have to agree. Baroko is Liberica, which we have still here in growing in Indonesia. Actually it was originally planted here, and probaby in the philippines, because rust wipped out a lot of the Arabica round turn of last century. My guess is it was not planted beacuse of its cupping characters!
