About Me:
I was a hotel chef for years and travelled from New york to Palm beach florida to boston where I practiced Garde manger and ice sculpting, then to San Francisco. I trained dogs and people for fitness and animal acting. I then opened a dogwalking service, watch video's at youtube Sarah Lynch, Mitch & dogs, Friends roastery...I have been roasting for over 5 years and my coffee is excellent! I am also a cyclist and very good chef....

    Ohio huh? Cool. Heard its nice there. So roasting in Ohio. That leaves a little confused. I usually read on roasting in africa and Asia etc. But Ohio. lol. R u able to explain hwo you roast and what machines you use? It would be way interesting for me to read from your point of view rather than researching on internet.

    Yes, I am Mexican. I love to cook but recently haven't being cooking much. I currently live in León, Guanjauato but will be moving to San Diego where I am planning to buy a coffee shop, if I find the right one. Careful planning will go into it.

    I think the roasting business is something completely different. First I want to learn the coffee shop business. I would like to buy an existing shop. Once I am up in San Diego I will start evaluating the ones that are on sale. I want my shop to also be a gallery so it'll take sometime to find the right time.

    My dog also found me. He belonged to my sister initially but insisted on living with me until she gave up and let me have him. I wonder why they do that.

    What kind of an artist are you? I have been editing with Pascual my partner a art magazine for the past three years. We are going to have it online soon. I am very much involved with the artist community here in León. My sister is a painter and I have tons of friends who are painters, photographers, writers and film directors.
