About Me:
I live coffee. I discovered espresso at the age of 14 and since thenI haven't been the same. I've been involved with coffee my whole adult life working in every aspect of it from being a barista, roaster, coffee buyer and now I live and work on a coffee farm in Hawaii, helping to oversee the development of coffee at all stages from planting, farm management, picking, processing, sorting, storage etc etc. I also work with small farmers on the island helping to improve the quality of their coffees as well as locate buyers as well as doing consulting work in green buying roasting and quality coffee development. Sometimes I eat and sleep too.

    Hey Miguel,
This is Kevin of Upper Midwest Gourmet. I want to personally invite you to take part in or attend another Barista Jam that UMG will be hosting this month on Thrusday, April the 17th. I would love to have your expertise and experience to be shared with the other Baristas. I wish to keep the numbers down to 25 or less. I will be sending out an official invite via my page and through the Twin Cities Coffee Community group later today.
Let me know if you can attend or wish to assist. Thanks, Kevin, UMG

Thanks for that amazing blend Miguel. I came back home with a pound of it left, gave some to a random customer, blew his mind with it, then told him he could never have it again. Best espresso at regionals IMO.
