If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have been in the Coffee industry just about as long as I can remember. My family buisness is coffee roasting. Over the years I have become more and more interested in the technical and artistic sides of espresso coffee. I love tasting new coffee and experimenting with espresso. I'm in the UK Barista Championship this year and hope to perform well.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Canada - Vancouver .
USA - Seattle, LA, San Francisco, Portland, Washington, New York.
Italy - Milan, Trieste.
Any and all origin countries
About Me:
I'm a barista trainer with my families roasting company Pumphreys Coffee in Newcastle England. We are 250 years old so obviously espresso is relativly new to us. I blog about coffee, love latte art and enter barista Comps for fun. I love coffee people but scarcely get the chance to chat with guys that I'm not competing with. This seems like the site for me!
Hi Stuart, how are things? Just saying hello and to say I'm trying to organise further training for my staff, specialising the settings on the machine, getting the grind right and first steps in latte art. When I put my orders in next week I'll arrange date with you.
Thanks
