About Me:
I taught myself to roast on a 10 kilo Toper while working for Alliance World Coffees in the summer of 2000.

I fell in love with the process my first day on the machine.

Still as enamored with roasting and enthralled by cupping as ever, these days I work as roastmaster for Zoka Coffee

    Hope all went well with CoE. We just got some samples from you guys. the organic sidamo smelled so much like blueberries that I cussed multiple times out loud. Unbelievable! you guys are makin' it happen.
