3x WBC Finalist (6th, 4th, 3rd 2007). Won Asian Barista Championships 2008 and a few latte art comps as well.

Basically I just love coffee and everything around it!
About Me:
I opened my first store in 1999 with my business partner Scott Manderson. Since then we have opend two others.

I have been competing for about six years now, 3x National titles, 3x WBC finals, Won 2008 Asian Barista Championships and had some good results ina couple of other comps.

    Hi Guys, thasnks for all the welcomes. I've been a bit slack getting here really!
    Nik, you are an animal! lol. I will def. be in Copenhagen. I have been training the New Zealand Competitior (Luciano Marcolino, the same guy as Bern 2006) and I am also competing in the World Latte Art Champs. I belive I am doing a bit of M.C. work at the WBC as well.
    How are you getting on Nik? You won again didn't you? Training getting crazy?
    Really excited to see you all again, we kimda miss out on all the Europe action down here.

    Hi Simon, yeah, counting the chips robbed from Maiken!lol (Watch out for Emily.. she is a pitbull at the poker table!) There will certainly be some scheduled games/ tournaments in Copenhagen ina few weeks.

    Would be wicked to catch up Scott. I get there on the Saturday 14th. Thats the theory. Unsure what will actually happen as I leave on Friday the 13th, and on the same flight as Chris White! If ever there was a recepie for disaster then that is it!
