Although I can not offer much in terms of training other baristas, Caffe IBIS is an excellent establishment for any barista to visit. It is a unexpected jewel in a small city. The IBIS roasts its own beans and would allow any visitor to see how a small business can grow while significantly contributing to its community and environment.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I would love to visit shops anywhere in the US or Canada.

I love coffee!
I am interested in the fine art of preparing an excellent coffee beverage. I love to tinker and take things apart, including espresso machines. I strive to improve the quality and consistency of the beverages that I create.

I love how everyone is so willing to communicate techniques and technology to better the products of the industry.
