Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.: i am working in Il Caffe di Roma one of Lavazzas coffee shops that introduced here in the middle east. We have the highest standard and parameters in espresso that is develop by Lavazza company hundred years involving in the coffee industry. The pure and perfect italian espresso that can experience now in the in the middle east. I can also perform latte art in coffee and creating coffee menus that anybody from any race can enjoy....

About Me:: I was actually almost ten years total experience in food and beverages industry since i was a working student... having came here in dubai i got the opportunity to work here to pioneer and introduce the lavazza owned concept of coffee shop in ME, and i got hook with the coffee... because of my great interest in coffee and self learning attitude, my career in coffee business boosted up which lead me to became a frontliner barista trainor and supervisor of the flagship store in less than three years... Up to now and for the next coming year i had learning a lot and knew more things... and so i can say that its not just a coffee... its beautiful!!!! CIAOOO!!!
About My Company:: Im working with the Alphamed Group of Companies in the UAE which the scope of the operation is in the whole middle east... The main line of business is pharmaceutical distributor and retailers, car and autos, environment concern, and hospitality division.... they owned the franchise of the ICDR to operate in the ME... The company profile is rich in multi cultural diversities with thousands of employees in more than hundred nationalities.... The Company is part of the Al Khayyat Investment that started in the UAE in early 80''s...

Will do so. The plan is Itay 10th November through 8th December... flying Emirates so have the chance to do a layover in Dubai for a couple of nights to break the trip back.
