No, never heard that saying ;) I´ll use it in the future though! hehe...

But seriously, it´s hard to give you pointers since I haven´t seen your performance. It´s just good to remember that you´re competing with the best and going that extra mile will count for some thing. Do you have a trainer? Can you perform for a crowd, or some other people that have been competing? If you don´t have someone who´s giving you a hard time about your performance, then maybe you should do that :)

Our regionals are company based. Witch means that the companies have to host competitions for their employs to find the 6 best to send to the nationals. yey! We already had for the company I work at. The nationals are 24-26 of April. We also have a cupping, latte art and coffee in good spirits competitions...wohoo! So, that´s what I´m doing these days..working on the competitions..happy happy :)

Glad to hear. As for, you know how life seems to send us through many highs and lows? Definitely the start of a huge up. I'm no longer with the Ugly Mug however they are still #1 in my heart. I'm in the middle of starting up a venture in Detroit with some amazing dudes. We should have things going by May. Roasting in shop and something I know you'll most def love we're not going to have 30 million flavor syrups or frappes. Anyways it's called Mercury Coffee Bar which under most circumstances would not be favorable by me but it's in an old bar called the Mercury Bar and we're keeping the old sign-age up so kinda cool. Anyways if your down for criticizing the crap out of me I'll send you some coffees once were up and running. Are you doing USBC this year?
