In 2005, he appeared on the History channel program Modern Marvels in an episode about coffee.
Bruce is also the recipient of the SCAA's Distinguished Author Award in 1999. He serves on the prestigious editorial board of Fresh Cup Magazine. Hey Bruce, I have great news. Since i became the barista trainer for espresso royale in Boston about a month ago our company's drinks have been coming out great. Just yesterday we received a call from Boston magazine telling us that we were voted best coffee shop in Boston. I owe it all to your school and the training I received from Jared and Matt.
