My favorite thing about coffee is that you never stop learning. The knowledge of coffee will take you as deep as you want to go... And then some.

    Thanks man... Can I just say that the picture of you in that lil' slide show with you roasting, is just too precious for words. For real haha. Anywho, you should come visit the shop somtime soon, while I'm working. That place man.... Such a work in progress but it's coming along nicely. Anyway, how are the roasting endeavors, the cottage, etc. going?
