About Me:: My beloved grandpa would be so happy to see all i'm doing and learning right now... The thing is i've been around coffee my whole life, but never really got to understand all the complexity and the incredible things those little beans mean. Now i get why i was meant to get here.

I work with the Salvadoran Coffee Council, at the marketing and communications department: our job and mission is to help promote El Salvador Coffee's culture so we can get back on track, to the place we deserve.

I am also in charge of coordinating El Salvador's Cup of Excellence...!
About My Company:: Consejo Salvadoreño del Café - Salvadoran Coffee Council - and Café de El Salvador... we love our coffee! have you tried it? ;)

Hey Maria! Thanks i'm currently in South GA, I work for myself, i like to consider myself a Bean Artist, Currently I only offer Pan Roasted Coffee, down the road I will probably do more, but right now the PAN is more intimate and works for me I do more catering events, but have steady clients as well, just interest in networking trying to get a hold of good beans that I may offer my family~ Thanks Muchas Gracias!!

Hola Maria! Thanks for the nore. I am planning on coming back to El Salvador in early April to visit the roasters who participated in the course, and to see what they have adapted in their businesses from our work together. I have already gotten several emails from roasters who have created special blends from the work we did together! Give my best to everyone at the Consejo, and get the beer good and cold and the seafood hot!
