Mike, thanks for the reply. You heading to Coffee Fest in Chicago this yr? I will be hanging out in the Cappuccine booth and with some other vendors we rep. Look me up if you can

Jason, I was curious about your coffee and it it would be possible to obtain some samples. I live in Oklahoma, and have been using a local roaster since opening. I am curious as to what else is out there.

    Thanks,
  • Gabriel

I have received your samples! I will be trying them out this week and will report back what myself and customers think. I have an espresso customer who drinks about 3 shots a day, and I am going to do a blind taste test with him. Thanks for your kindness.

Hey Jason, thanks for your replies on my discussion in the roaster's group.
Have you worked on a Royal #5?
I'm looking for something for the cafe. I'd prefer smaller than the Royal I think the #5 is up to 25 lbs. I just missed a Diedrich IR3 which would have been nice for a big countertop model. I'm interested in a drum roaster on gas or propane. Know of anything?

Just so you have a good idea of our coffees, the coffee plantation site won the best cup of the Antigua Region as the national competition 2009.- So we are very happy with the harvest we got.-
