What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
You know, I am so blessed living here. Java alone has how many fine, fine quality arabica coffees. Robusta something I drink a lot of when I am out in the field. Right now, (as I type), I am up in a village where robusta is the standard crop. It is raining outside and the family I am with has indeed just brought me a cup of Robusta. It is indeed different from the Arabica, but as the rain falls- it is still a hot, sweet way of passing the time and breaking the ice.
Yes we both source and roast the coffee ourselves. The focus is 100% on Indonesian coffees- arabicas with one robusta exception. Lat count we retailed around 30 types of coffee- mainly singe origins, but also a range of blends. One of the blessings (as below) is Indonesia has such diversity
