I did come in to Walden's and thoroughly enjoyed both a double espresso (the single origin) and a regular cappuccino. The capp was very well done -I love that you only do the small size - and the foam was just the way I like it, micro but just slightly dry enough to distinguish it from latte milk or wet capp milk. And SWEET! The espresso flavors came out so well with the milk serving as the perfect complement to a superb blend. Although I was sad not to get to meet you and your dad, know that your staff did the company proud in your absence and made the perfect impression. Reno is lucky to have Walden's Coffee House.
