Your picture shows a Victoria Arduino. Why is this not the Wbc Machine?
  • Nicely

Thank you, I'd be happy to share my thoughts with y'all! Where do you guys have your showroom?
  • Nuova Simonelli

115 1st avenue south in Seattle. I am not always there but Dan is the store manager. The cross street is Hoglate and large Krispy Kreme across the streeet.
  • Mike

Thanks for the reply. I hear what you are saying. This is the World's Premier event for our industry. Under the lid so to speak... are these the same?
  • Mike

I'll have to check them out. That's great to hear they are going to feature your equipment. See you at coffeefest!

  • Andy Newbom

  • Nuova Simonelli

Yeah size does matter. It get the job done faster. There is a new generation of crushing burrs that are on the Anfim and the Mythos. But why am I telling you this? Its too early and I need coffee. Actually just picked up some of my favorite dark roast espresso yesterday. Nice chatting.
  • Nicely

Cool! I'd love to try them. Let's see... On Monday I will be working 11:15am to 5:45pm. Where would I have to go?
  • Matt Swenson

    Hey...Roberto?
Congrats on the WBC machine. We are all pretty excited about it around the office. Maybe ill see you in Seattle this weekend.
  • Phil Proteau

Hi Roberto, I would love to ask you some questions about the WBC machines, and some of the other NS models too, of you don't mind.
  • Jason Haeger

Hi NS. Thanks for the add (and for the compliment).

    Take care,
    Jason H.

    Roberto,
I'm working with Guy Pfanz in Muncie, Indiana with the Coffee Institute of America. I've had a blast playing on the Semi-Auto Aurelia. I heard that you were talking about putting larger "latte art" tips on than the ones you added for the "latte art edition" machine with the cool touch wands. Is that true? Also, I think Guy emailed you about temperature issues, but we dialed the boilers back just a smidge and are getting great extractions now. Keep up the good work.
  • Rim Cafe

Thank you for your comment. I work with Cappuccino Connection, who sells the Aurelia, which will be my next machine. If not a bother, could you please explain what you meant about it over heating. I would appreciate your input as this seems to be your specialty. Sincerly, Rene from Rim Cafe
  • Lorenzo Perkins

  • Larry Prochazka

Hello, I am in Java at the moment and have seen several Nuova Simonelli three group machines here. Some have even made very good coffee. Well, actually only a couple. Evey saw an Oscar over here. Yesterday, I had a of Kopi Luwak (authentic) properly prepared and it was excellent. I'll go visit their coffee plantation if I can: Butterfly Globe. So many of these coffee shops, I wish I could go back and make my own drink but then they don't have very good blends or it isn't fresh or done properly. Best wishes...Larry
  • Matt Milletto

Whoa, the machines at the WBC bar look amazing! Good work you guys.
