About Me:
I am a very enthusiastic coffee follower and researcher. I believe that coffee should never be decaffeinated or flavored. I prefer for coffee to not be blends, but only single-origin. I am currently enrolled in business classes and plan on opening my own shop in 4-5 years.
About My Company:
Locally-owned, locally-run, disenfranchised, non-commercial. We only use fresh-roasted coffee. We pull ristretto shots and I roast coffee for our shop to an appropriate level.

    It was a linea with synesso internal parts ... mainly the PID system is the important part. That is what allows each grouphead individual control.
