I can pull a delightful 56 second shot. Is that long? Completely kidding. I'm a huge fan of origins and prefer straight espresso versus milk based drinks. I have written about the coffee industry, branded one of the most recognized (non-chain) coffee shop in the country and secured PR for coffee roasting clients.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
U.S urban developments and college towns. Growing coffee culture within the U.S. and it's consumers. Education! Well...education and fun.
About Me:
I'm a beverage junky that has worked in or around the coffee industry for the last 5 years. In August of 2009, I opened a boutique marketing company, LAB 5702, with a focus on beverage related clients.
Some people deliver great drinks. The LAB delivers marketing solutions for those that deliver the great drinks.
About My Company:

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The taste. Good espresso and origin coffee can change a whole day and that's the truth.
Thanks Jason...my dorkwads might get all the glory, but at the end of the day they remember who polished their glassware...and helped set their cart....and who helped them wheel it out without breaking anything...I could keep going :) Congrats on Clint. He was awesome. We all really enjoyed getting to know him!
I didn't make it out. I've barely had time to make it to the grocery store... and although I really wanted to, I must say, it is nice to have a fresh carton of milk in my fridge... :)
I'm moving on gang. Almost 4 years with The Roasterie and I'm packing the bags and heading over to the F&B side of the world. That's food and bev for those of you that aren't as dorky as I am. Stay posted, keep it real and more to come.
ha of course i did. i needed some pointers on how to make a tasty cocktail. not too much is new. finishing up moving from lawrence to kc this weekend. i'm back at latte land. you should stop in sometime.
Great coffe is next to impossible to find here. Try Jo Jo's on Pratt Street in downtown Hartford and Daybreak Roasters on main Street in Glastonbury. Would lve to have met you at either but down with sore throat today - hoping nothing more. I noticed your profile picture was taken in New Orleans, my home town. How were the coffee and Beignets at Cafe DuMonde?
Hi Jason, I'll be open soon but not by this weekend. I would be more than happy to take you on a tour and talk to you about STL and pick your brain about beverages. I'll be around all weekend. PM me your schedule.
