Went to a really, really cool cupping at JavaJ's in Roseville tonight - R. Miguel was there: http://www.rmiguelcoffee.com
They cupped the monkey parchment and the Pele and a third (Pear) - all in a vacuum press...amazing flavors in the stuff! Are you going to go to Ritual Roasters grand opening in Napa next weekend?

  • Ed Snyder

Hi Adrian, how are things moving along? Ed
  • Brady

    Hi Adrian. Look here:
    http://www.sweetmarias.com/prod.brewers.frenchpress.shtml
scroll down to the nylon fine sediment filterscreen. This is a second, much finer screen that you put just above the standard wire mesh one. Cleans the cup right up and lets the flavors shine through much better. Best $2.50 I've ever spent.
