- Our shop has been roasting longer than anyone in our area. We take pride in educating our baristas, and customers with bean characteristics, latte art, etc.

- Well this is more about me personally, and has nothing to do with the shop... Hi, my name's Matt.
I spend a lot of time in front of my turntables, mixing hip hop and funk mostly. Married to another Barista/ manager at a competitor. We're kind of nerdy... - About My Company:
- Like I mentioned above, we've been roasting for a number of years. We opened a 2nd shop back in Sept. of 08, in which I got my own shop, and my own staff. We don't have a roaster at the new shop, however we are looking into it. Damn, i miss the smell...
- What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
- The interaction between people. We have a wide range of customers. Rich, poor, black, white, you name it. Our shop brings our community together for a cup of coffee.
