If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?
yes
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have been trained how to properly pull shots and do various sorts of latte art. Not to mention various others specialty drinks.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would love to travel just about anywhere. The Sky is the limit, right? Anywhere from Belize and Costa Rica to Europe and Greece.
About Me:
Other than coffee which is my passion i love snowboarding. It is my all time favorite passtime. I'm trying to learn how to play the guitar. I'm working at the best place in town.... Caffe Mela.
About My Company:
Caffe Mela is the hot spot in wenatchee. Its the perfect place to get a nice cup of warm delicious coffee that doesn't have that burnt after taste rather full of flavor coffee.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Watching other coffee lovers face when i hand them a beautiful rosetta.
Oooh. Pour off, eh? Yeah, this is happening. You're on Champ. :)
Hey, speaking of pour offs, Red Bird is hosting a "barista jam" on February 4th (I don't really know what time... probably early afternoon). There'll be a cupping of Batdorf (and probably some Mela) coffees, a latte art competiton, people from several different coffee shops (including Batdorf & Bronson), and live music (including an acoustic show from Poor Folks, Live Well). :) Be there.
