    Gidday Yoram welcome to BX! Hows this for an international website eh... a welcome to an Israeli living in NYC from a New Zealander living in Indonesia who has just come back from a trip to Italy.... what a truly global website!

    Mainly the Northeast (Trieste, Susegana, Conigliano, Venice, Treviso) and the Central South: Naples, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Loved it, so rich in culture as well as culture of the coffee variety!

    As for steaming jugs I am no expert, being a roaster first, a poor mans barista second! The jugs I use here are the same as in NZ and Australia... but I think they come from China or Taiwan. Stainless Steel Trenton 18-10

    Coffee in Asia is getting better, but quantum leaps need to be made to catch up with our southern neighbours in NZ and OZ
