Hey welcome... come down to NZ. Iwas talking to Hugo Hercod in Italy... I am glad to say his 6 months in NZ was one thing that helped make him the UK Barista champion!! Kiwi land can not take full credit for that, but seriously he said that the skill and attention to detail of barista in NZ was a big eye opener and motivator for him
