  Haha, I have worked in both Sydney and Melbourne, but I am a Kiwi by birth and upbringing. I have live in Indonesia since 1998. My business is more roasting, cafes and wholesale supply than being barista... although I have been known to pull a shot or two!

  Not always easy albert- finding a mentor that is. When I first got into the business I was lucky enough to have found one. MIght be passin throug Sydney on my way to (or from) NZ in a few weeks time. Will be transiting only but could meet up for a flatwhite.
